Logo's
and graphics which may need to be reused many times, reduced or enlarged
should be created using a vector drawing program such as the popular
Adobe Illustrator. Save artwork files in the EPS format.
Create a folder called “fonts” and “images”
in the same directory as the EPS file and ensure all fonts and placed
images are included in these directories to ensure they are linked correctly.
Zip the entire directory when emailing files to us, or copy the whole
directory onto your USB disk or CD when you bring it in.
Prepare files for printing and files for the web by converting printing
files to CMYK mode (assuming file is to be printed in four colour) and
web files to RGB mode. If a design is to be printed, for best results,
line weights should be 25pt or larger. To reduce the chance of prepress
errors ensure that all unused colours are removed from the design or
swatches palette.
